RXi250e
High-throughput rotary automation for high-volume, high-capacity parts — changeovers in under 30 seconds.
Key Features
The RXi250e launches the new 250 Series, purpose-built for high-production runs of high-capacity parts. A dual-pallet shuttle always keeps a ready pallet staged on the shuttle, eliminating the drop-off-then-retrieve sequence that drives spindle downtime — the next pallet is delivered to the CNC the moment the cut finishes. Changeovers complete in under 30 seconds, increasing spindle up-time and overall throughput. The MT+ operator-access option is available on this model.

Learn MoreMT+ Operator Access
Safe, direct operator access between the pallet changer and the CNC — without taking the system offline.
MT+ replaces the standard single-machine stationary base with a linear rail system and a set of doors on the pallet changer. Using safety-lock doors, the operator requests access; the shuttle and pallet-pool doors retreat to open a protected work zone directly in front of the CNC, while the shuttle continues to operate inside its fully enclosed area. When the operator exits and locks the MT+ zone, the shuttle doors reopen and the shuttle resumes full access to the CNC. The result is hands-on access exactly when it’s needed — for setup, inspection, or first-article checks — with no compromise to operator safety and no interruption to the shuttle’s continuous operation.
